Rules, Regulations & Waivers!

Deposit - A $200.00 Credit Card Deposit is required for every camp out. Deposits help us protect our tents, campfires, windows, DVD Projector, Sound system, & artificial trees from willful damage. Deposits are refunded after checkout.
Rules & Regulations
1) Parents are only allowed to operate the DVD project and stereo system
2) No rough housing or out of control play - especially jumping on air mattresses and tents
3) No Smoking
4) No food, drink, or chewing gum in the astroturf and tent areas
5) Shoes must be removed when entering the campsite
6) All parties must be supervised by an adult
7) An Adult must spend the night with every overnight party
8) No one is allowed to leave the campground area without being escorted by an adult
9) No one is allowed into the building or camp ground area after your party has begun
10) The elevator and slide in the backroom are off limits except in cases of an emergency
11. Only authorized adults are allowed in the back room to use the
thermostat and fridge. The large cooler storage is off limits.
Security
Our building and the campground area are locked down and fully secured with an alarm system that includes motion detectors on the 1st, 2nd, and 4th floors. The parking lot and front of the building are well lighted and secure. We do own the home directly across the street from the Just Camp Warehouse. one of our staff members lives there and are responsible for watching the building and for making themselves available to you should you require anything during the evening. contact number will be provided to you upon check-in.
Release & Waiver
Release and Waiver forms must be signed by all parents/guardians before any child will be allowed to participate in the Urban Camp out. A printable form is attached. Please print it out, read, sign, date, and bring with your child. Forms are available upon check-in.
Waste Control
We encourage all our guests to put recyclable materials in the designated cooler for us to dispose of properly. Any left over food or drinks will be taken to the day center for the homeless or to a women's shelter. Any reusable decorations you would not like to leave with can be donated to the campout for others to enjoy. We fully support the most sustainable indoor camping!
